International Dinner to be held at UW-Stevens Point

Bringing a variety of cultures together for an evening of food and entertainment, the 42nd annual International Dinner and Entertainment will be held on Saturday, April 14, at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

With the theme “Cultural Collage,” the International Club’s event will be held in the Laird Room of the Dreyfus University Center, 1015 Reserve St., beginning with a social hour at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. and entertainment performed by international students will begin at 8 p.m.

This year’s menu will include appetizers from the Middle East, Spain, China, India, Southeast Asia and Korea as well as Vietnamese chicken salad, falafels, Kenyan chicken, tacos de pescado, Indian rice, coconut jello, and cookies from Saudi Arabia. Beverages will include Thai tea and Latin American horchata.
