Bluegrass music, activities, food and drink will welcome students back to campus at the annual Hootenany at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point University Library on Friday, Sept. 14.
Free and open to the public, the event runs from noon until 7 p.m. in the library's central lobby. The bluegrass bands Horseshoes & Hand Grenades will perform from noon until 3 p.m. and Art Stevenson & High Water from 4-7 p.m. Returning and new students will enjoy music, food, drinks and activities as well as a t-shirt sale.
