Get help controlling clutter with a course at UWSP
Are your closets cluttered? Do you have piles of paper without purpose, jars of junk, bins of outdated clothing or boxes of unused gifts?
If you suffer from any of these complaints, you are in need of the “Clutter Control” workshop through the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Continuing Education Arts and Culture program.
Offered Saturday, December 10, from 9 a.m. to noon, the workshop will help you gain peaceful spaces in your home and office. The cost is $39 and is for ages 14 to adult.
Interior Alignment™ Master Teacher Eileen Kelz will help participants reduce stress and chaos by controlling the clutter around the home. Kelz has taught Interior Alignment through community-based programs, colleges and conferences for over a decade.
“The purpose of my work is to assist people in feeling a sense of peace, power and balance as they go about their everyday lives,” says Kelz. “Our spaces mirror who we are and can also be a template for the kind of life we want to live.”
