What is Academic Coaching?
Academic Coaching provides opportunities to learn strategies to improve as a student, and to help with any issues you may be having academically, outside of the content of your courses.
If you are looking for help with specific course content, you should meet with our content tutors in those areas.
If you are looking for strategies for things like time management, study skills, test-taking or issues with test anxiety, motivation, textbook comprehension, or issues with learning online or learning from home, then Academic Coaching can help.
