Student Affairs Assessment Team (SAAT)
The Student Affairs Assessment Team is charged with:
- Communicating empirically based findings to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs in ways that empower decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Working with the Student Affairs departments through the process of transitioning from a summative, evaluative understanding of assessment (student satisfaction surveys, service delivery surveys, attendance numbers, etc.) to one grounded in a richer understanding of student learning.
- Developing a common assessment language for the division reflecting an outcomes-based approach to assessment.
