Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

The Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications is available to all UWSP employees.  The Creative Cloud Suite is also available to all UWSP students on many shared computers including all IT computer classrooms and homework labs, in many special-use computer labs, and from the Remote Computer Lab.

Using Creative Cloud Products on Shared Computers

The Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is automatically installed in all Information Technology computer classrooms and homework labs, including the Remote Lab

To use a Creative Cloud application, all you need to do is open the application and sign in.

  1. Click the Windows Start button and select an Adobe Creative Cloud application from the Adobe folder.

  3. In the Sign in screen that displays, enter your UWSP email address in the email field.  Press Enter or Tab to be redirected to the UWSP sign-in portal.

Faculty/Staff Installing Creative Cloud Applications in the Office

IMPORTANT: You must first install the Adobe Creative Cloud from the Software Center for PCs or Self Service for Macs.

  1. Open Adobe Creative Cloud from your Windows Start menu.

  2.  

  3. You can also double-click the Adobe Creative Cloud shortcut on your Desktop.

  4.  

  5. In the Sign in screen that displays, enter your UWSP email address in the email field.  Press Enter or Tab to be redirected to the UWSP sign-in portal.

  7. Sign into your UWSP portal.

  9. In the Creative Cloud window, select All Apps at the left.

  10.  

  11. Scroll down to select and Install an application.  If no applications are listed, but you have purchased a lease, your updated licensing may not have synced up to Adobe at this time. Please allow up to two hours for changes to sync up to Adobe.

  13. Click Continue.

  15. Wait for the installation progress bar to completely finish.

  17. Click Open to access your installed Creative Cloud application.  

Your new Creative Cloud application is now available from your Windows Start menu, or your Apple Applications folder.

Faculty/Staff - Creative Cloud for home use

UWSP Employees wishing to install Creative Cloud on their personal computer can follow this link.​​ 

Important: You can be signed in to Creative Cloud on a maximum of two computers simultaneously. (for example your work computer and a personal home computer). If you try to sign in to Creative Cloud on a third computer you will be prompted to sign out of one of your existing sessions.

What Adobe Creative Cloud Software is available?

Sign in to the installed Creative Cloud application and view the Available in your plan section to see the full list of software available through UWSP's Adobe Creative Cloud contract.​​
