The Wake My Computer service is no longer available as of January 3, 2025.
To avoid computer sleep issues when attempting to use Information Technology's
Remote Desktop service, please see our instructions on how to change these settings on your office computer, and for potential temporary workarounds if you have not yet changed these settings on your office computer and experience problems establishing a Remote Desktop Session.
