This virtual offering is open to anyone in the state of Wisconsin who are Hmong. Instruction will be in English, however the instructor does speak/write in Hmong if further clarification in Hmong is needed.
We'll include business resources specific to Hmong/BIPOC entrepreneurs.

- After the orientation, decide if the ETP is right for you
- Confirm your participation by paying the $200 partial program registration fee online and purchasing your textbook online

Hmong Co-Hort Instructor
Mang Xiong | Mang of All Trades, Business Owner
Mang Xiong, born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, is the third oldest of eleven children. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and business sectors, her journey began at a very young age. Mang is deeply passionate about transforming business dreams into reality through consulting, TA services, and optimizing efficiency, leveraging her extensive and diverse background in business and marketing.
She spearheaded the Central Wisconsin Hmong Professionals (CWHP) group alongside a team of motivated individuals, aiming to inspire and educate the next generation of Hmong leaders in Wisconsin. Mang played a pivotal role in the H2N project in Central Wisconsin, connecting underserved communities to crucial COVID-19 resources and streamlining communications with health systems, the Department of Health Services, and various local partners during this unprecedented time.
Previously, she led as the first female executive director of a statewide coalition dedicated to supporting and advocating for AAPI nonprofits and businesses in Wisconsin, leading the youngest and largest team in their history. Mang's commitment extends to numerous planning committees and community events and projects statewide alongside her own consulting business, Mang of All Trades. Outside of her professional and community endeavors, she is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys event planning, savoring delicious food, and spending quality time with her children, husband, family, and friends.
