Addiction Treatment:
Tellurian's board-certified addiction specialists, counselors, and clinical team firmly believe that every person has the ability to recover. Substance use disorder is a complex condition and since each person in treatment is unique, so is their path to recovery. With that understanding, treatment plans are designed for each individual using a variety of treatment modalities, including (but not limited to) individual and group therapy, spiritual care groups, holistic healing, and specialized counseling. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Stages of Change, Behavioral Modification, Relapse Prevention, and Forgiveness Therapy can also be included in an individual's treatment plan. Yoga, exercise, Expressive Art, Lifestyle Balance and pharmacological treatment are used when appropriate. In addition, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous and Smart Recovery are optional meetings available to all patients.
Mental Health Treatment:
At Tellurian, we know that mental health often co-exists with other issues such as substance use and addiction. But, we also know that mental health concerns can stand alone, and they can be overwhelming, and isolating.
That's why at Tellurian, we work to help you access mental health treatment that best supports you from the moment you first call us. Our patient services department will guide you to a free assessment that will help determine exactly what areas you may be struggling in. From there, you will be introduced to a therapist whose expertise matches your needs. Through careful examination of your assessment results and counseling sessions, a treatment plan will be developed, especially for you. Treatment length and schedules are determined by each client's individual progress in completing the mutually agreed upon comprehensive treatment plan.
Tellurian offers many levels of care, to provide just the right support for each patient. Our CARE (Crisis Assessment, Recovery and Empowerment) Centers are safe havens for those experiencing a mental health crisis and are in need of support, medication observation, and goal-oriented treatment planning. Our Outpatient Program provides specialized care for mental health challenges, but will meet on a weekly or biweekly schedule, based on the patient's needs. There are also levels of care that fall between these two programs that may be suggested by one of our experienced therapists.
