We encourage you to be as creative as you can when designing your virtual booth. To get you started, see the suggested "sections" indicated below. If you would like to have a different section, go for it! Let us know what you are looking for, and we will be happy to assist and make it happen.
Send us the section information via email all at once or bit-by-bit. Whichever is easiest for you. Email the information to Dotty Mansavage at
dotty.mansavage@uwsp.edu.
The Virtual Booth provides six suggested sections of content. Font styles are set in SharePoint but there is flexibility in font colors.
Section 1: About Us
This section allows the exhibitor to display their logo as well as a brief summary of their mission, purpose, or any other descriptive text about the organization.
Section 2 and Section 3: Video
Both sections allow the exhibitor to display an embedded You Tube or Vimeo video. Either section can be replaced with an image or text.
Section 4: Chat with Us!
If you have access to a Zoom meeting room or other platform that allows you to provide a standard web link to join a virtual meeting, you can invite students to join you live! This is a great way to have some live interaction with the students. Exhibitors will need to set up their own Zoom link and email the link to Dotty Mansavage

Section 5: Resources
This section allows you to display up to four (4) download files.
Section 6: Contact Us
This section allows you to display your mailing address, web address, and contact email address.
