Details

The Menopause Matters Coaching Program is a three-level training series designed for coaches who want to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and organizations in navigating menopause. This program provides comprehensive knowledge, coaching tools, and customizable resources, empowering coaches to address menopause confidently and effectively. Each level builds on the previous one, progressing from foundational concepts to turnkey deliverables that enable coaches to launch their own programs.

This 60-minute "Hot-Flash" session aims to show how coaches are uniquely skilled to support women (and employers) in managing menopause.

This session will give you an idea about our “Menopause Matters” 2-hour coach training (2 CE). Our training is designed to inspire and inform coaches so they have the confidence, skills, and resources to coach individuals and groups around menopause.
