Coaching Caregivers During the Holiday Season - Header

Description

Tuesday, July 8, 2025 | 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. | Virtual Via Zoom

When we think of workplace wellness, the focus is often on coaching employees to prevent future health issues, cope with existing conditions, or support those returning from sick leave. However, there is a significant, yet often overlooked, group of employees whose well-being is affected by caregiving responsibilities. These employees are caregivers—individuals who provide care and support to a family member or loved one with health challenges, whether related to illness, disability, aging, or mental health conditions.

Caregiving is an incredibly demanding and stressful role, yet it often goes unrecognized in the workplace. Caregivers are exposed to chronic stress that can result in Caregiver Stress Syndrome or Compassion Fatigue—both extreme forms of burnout. Unfortunately, this stress is often invisible in the workplace and rarely addressed due to social stigma and workplace culture.

As a coach, your ability to recognize and address the unique needs of caregiving employees will allow you to offer more effective support and create a positive, balanced work environment for all employees. By learning how to coach caregivers through these challenges, you can help them thrive both at home and in the workplace.

Join us for this important session and learn how to make a lasting impact on the lives of caregivers in your organization or coaching practice.
