Autumn Journey: A Fall Lunch Train Ride | October 3, 2025
Registration Closes September 12th at Noon!
Join us on the Autumn Journey: A Fall Lunch Train Ride, where you will enjoy an excellent lunch on a historic dining car and experience the beautiful colors of the fall leaves! We will take a couch bus to East Troy, WI, where we will get on an electric train at the East Troy Railroad Museum. The train will take us through the fall foliage to Phantom Lake while we have our lunch. We will then turn around and return with a stop at The Elegant Farmer, an upscale shopping experience once featured on the Food Channel. It includes a deli, bakery, and unique farm products. The Elegant Farmer is also known for their Apple Pie baked in the Brown Paper Bag®. Once back at the East Troy Railroad Museum you are welcome to explore before we head home. Your trip leaders are Kelly Bird and Rebecca Bauer.
Lunch is house salad, roasted beef tips with mushroom gravy, accompanied by garlic smashers, seasonal vegetables, and dinner roll. Dessert is Chocolate Cake with fresh fruit garnish. Meal includes coffee and hot tea. Cash bar will be available for the purchase of soda, beer, or wine.
The train car is not ADA compliant and will require steps to get onto train. Restrooms are available on the dining car, at The Elegant Farmer, and the train depot.
