UWSP Adventure Tours Staff and/or tour leader will stay in touch with you to confirm this. Once confirmed, you are responsible for arranging and purchasing your own flights (flight itineraries will vary due to preferences and departure locations). Please wait to book your flights.

  • U.S. Airport Transfers: UWSP Adventure Tours does not coordinate airport transfers for your departure or arrival to/from this tour destination due to liability, costs, and inflexibility. Please arrange for your own transport to/from the airport in the U.S. according to your flight itinerary.

  • If We Cancel a Tour: UWSP Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel this tour due to force majeure or any other reasons beyond our control. • Insurance: UWSP does not provide travel insurance, medical insurance, or emergency evacuation and thus you are 100% responsible for these expenses. We strongly advise you purchase travel insurance (and possibly supplemental medical insurance) as soon as possible because some insurance providers only guarantee certain benefits within a short time after you made this tour deposit.
