  1. I have difficulty climbing stairs.

    All venues are accessible without having to climb stairs.

  2. I would like to receive a brochure from the University Ticket Office. How do I get on your mailing list?

    Simply contact the University Ticket Office at 715-346-4100 or send an email to University Information & Tickets. Just tell us you would like to be placed on our mailing list, and provide us with your name, address, and phone number.

  3. When is the Ticket Office open?

    During the regular academic year, University Information and Tickets is open from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. During breaks and holidays, our hours typically mirror the Dreyfus University Center building hours. Please visit our Hours & Maps page for complete DUC hours.

  4. What happens if I lose my tickets? Can I get them reprinted?

    If you lose your ticket, you may get them reprinted at a cost of $1.00 per ticket.

  5. What happens if I'm late for a performance?

    If you are late to a performance you will be seated at a suitable break in the performance as outlined by the artists or director of the production. Every attempt is made to begin on time.​
