The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) exists to support UWSP faculty and staff as they pursue grants, contracts, and research endeavors.

We work closely with agency stakeholders and UW personnel to review and submit proposals to external sponsors and accept funding on behalf of the University for research, instruction, and other sponsored activities.

ORSP provides guidance on grants and research compliance to enhance investigators' abilities to receive and manage world-class funding and research opportunities.

Workday and RAMP are Here!
On July 7, 2025, all UW comprehensives moved to new software systems - Workday and RAMP.

ORSP will provide resources on this page to guide you through the grant review/approval process in the new RAMP software.
