​Equipment Use Agreements

The loaning out of UWSP equipment and borrowing of external party equipment is allowed if authorized by UWSP Risk Management and is intended to accomplish the mission of UWSP. Insurance coverage by the State of WI may be extended in these situations with proper authorization. Written authorization from Dean or Director level will be also required in most situations as a condition of approval from Risk Management.

The proper forms must be completed in order for there to be any insurance coverage. Contact UWSP Risk and Compliance Manager at x2053 to complete this process.
