About

Luke grew up in Salt Lake City, UT and eventually graduated from Utah State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education with a Choral Conducting emphasis. Subsequently, he was a Visiting Professor of Music at Utah State University, directed the Utah State Women's Choir, and served as the resident Music Director for the Department of Theatre Arts. Luke completed is MFA in Music Direction from the University of California – Irvine in 2021. While at UC-Irvine Luke taught voice as well as premiered several original musical works. He has worked with numerous companies across Utah, California, and Wisconsin in various roles as a music director, composer, and actor including the Lyric Repertory Company, Utah Festival Opera, Centerpoint Legacy Theatre, Music Theatre West, and Hale Centre Theatre.
