_{I just wanted to take a moment before August hits to say thanks for Academic Custodial's hard work and effort at Champions Hall. I am very appreciative of your staff's effort and attention to detail. Earlier today I was about 20 yards away from the Berg trophy case and my heart dropped. I wasn't sure how, but I was certain the glass had been removed. Turns out your staff have managed to keep it so clean it was nearly invisible. Excellent work on this and everything around here.}

_{I have been studying in the library of UWSP since middle of August as my family moved in Stevens Point from Ottawa Canada. I found the library is absolutely clean. The desks, tables and chair are well placed, as each day I saw cleaning staff vacuuming and wiping floors, sofa, and chairs, sanitizing desks and tables and place them in proper locations. Their hard work made the university library a best and enjoyable environment for students, faculty and staff to study and to work. Please let the cleaning staff know that they have done amazing job for everyone who studies and works in the library. Thank you!}

_{I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the excellent job that your staff do for us here in the CCC! I support two academic departments – 21 faculty and 6 adjuncts – and have spent last summer and this summer cleaning out office and storage space to make our work space more efficient and welcoming. I had a lot of faculty members who did not submit cleaning requests as they were supposed to, plus I had a few faculty members change offices. Whenever I see our custodians they are cheerfully working on the 4th floor, they always help me with my last-minute requests. Just this week, they helped me by cleaning up an office suite for three new adjunct instructors that I was scrambling to get ready. I know that you and your team are always working tirelessly in the background. The CCC looks better than it has in a while, thanks in part to the hard work of your crew.}

_{The custodians in CCC have just about completed cleaning the blind, WOW, what wonderful service. I didn't expect it to be done today. They are always so helpful and friendly, great colleagues to have in COLS! We are so lucky! I was simply astonished when I saw Mary and Pam cleaning the blinds on Thursday! Thanks to their quick work, I was able to move into my new office much more easily!}

_{Can you please let the supervisors and the chancellor know that the work being done by the academic custodial staff in the TNR building is superior. I've worked in the TNR building for 22 years and it sparkles with cleanliness, by the hard work and dedication of the custodial staff, than it ever has in the past. They all deserve recommendation and a raise!}

_{The hall floors are always spotless, the bathrooms smell fresh, with mirrors, sinks, and toilets always clean, paper always on the rolls and in the dispensers, garbage always emptied regularly. Our office space in 108 is so well-maintained – always vacuumed, garbage cans emptied, sensitive recycling files handled regularly.}

_{It is a great place to meet with students, and always a pleasure when visitors (especially parents and prospective students) come through, knowing that we look good. A clean environment is a wonderful start, and the custodial staff here are remarkable in doing an outstanding job.}

_{I wanted to drop you a note in regard to the custodial staff here in the library and the deep cleaning of my office that was just completed. The individuals who did this work were kind, caring, considerate and truly professional!}

_{We started off with a miscommunication on my part; I came in on the day they were cleaning the carpet in my office (I wasn't supposed to) and the custodians were willing to make every concession; they would come back, they could schedule another day; they were willing to alter their schedule to accommodate me when I was wrong. Next, they did such an amazing job cleaning my office. Everything, and I mean everything, was cleaned. The top of my desk cabinets, which I can't even see so who knows what was growing up there, my shelves, the tables, and chairs, everything was cleaned. And the entire time they were incredibly careful and gentle with my plants, personal items, and paperwork on my desk.}

_{I have been impressed with the custodial staff from the moment I got here. They are all personable, say hello, do their jobs as quickly and quietly as possible and are incredibly dependable. But this deep cleaning went so far above and beyond I just had to let you know. I know custodial work is not glamorous, and I'm sure you and your staff are never thanked enough for what you do, but thank you! In the 22+ years I have been in higher education, I have never had to pleasure of work with and being taken care of by such a tremendous group of people.}

_{I wanted to take a moment to thank all of those who were involved in hosting the 2016 North Central ACDA Conference from March 19-23. I am so proud of the volunteerism and kindness displayed over the 5 day event. I appreciate those who willingly gave up the majority of their spring break to host the conference and admire the Pointer pride displayed by students as they welcomed, guided, and supported the more than 450 students and faculty who attended from colleges and universities throughout our region.}

_Hello!

_{I want to let you know what a great job Beth and Melissa are doing on the 5th floor of the Library. They do a terrific job! Although I have verbally told them what a great job they do, I feel their supervisor should also know they are excellent, hard working employees. In particular, I am impressed with the quality of their work in the Archives. These two employees keep our area cleaner than it has been in years. Due to the nature of our work, and the materials we use, this area is dusty and there are always chips of old paper, etc. on the carpet. I would guess it is one of the dirtier areas in this building. In addition to UWSP students, faculty and staff, and members of our local community, we frequently have researchers from throughout the United States and abroad use the Archives. It is great to know that I can depend on having a clean area for them to work in. Having a clean area is another way we give these researchers a positive impression of our campus. It also makes for a healthier work environment for all of us who work in the Archives.}

The bathrooms down the hall are clean in the morning! So nice to see it done early. Our office has been vacuumed and looks great. _{I just wanted to give a shout out to Beth, Melissa & Jeff, who are helping to keep the LRC clean and fresh smelling! I have noticed the past few weeks, that things look brighter, cleaner and smells fresher. I walk the staff stairwell a few times a day and that even smells clean! I appreciate the vacuuming, dusting, floor mopping, and all the other things that are taking place behind the scenes.}

_{I wanted to send a quick note to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for allowing your facility team members to come to n last week to help us learn new floor waxing procedures, cleaning tricks of the trade, start us on the switchover to the cube chemical system and install our new dishwasher. All staff were fantastic, engaging and friendly and we were amazed how efficient they have d the custodial program on campus from cleaning to waxing. Our facilities staff and I traveled to campus last Monday to see your system.}

_{The efficiency was top notch and all the employees we dealt with were very hard workers. Having worked in the parks and recreation and camp field for 20 years, I know how challenging it can be to find top quality staff in a facility service / custodial department... you have an incredible team in place.}

_{Attached is a photo of your team and our team after lunch last Thursday. We had a great time with all and Tammy does a great job "running the ship", keeping everyone on task - you can tell the staff respects her, yet still have fun while working. Have a great weekend and thanks again!}
