In a typical student population, there are between 5-10% of members that have some type of allergy or food sensitivity. DSC makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies through our NetNutrition program and nutritional labeling. Our culinary staff is instructed on the severity of food allergies and the proper production of allergen-free meals. However, our DSC kitchens and bakery are not allergen-free spaces, and customers concerned with food allergies should contact the DSC Registered Dietitian to discuss the options offered.
The best way for DSC to help you have the best experience at UW-Stevens Point is to plan ahead. Before you arrive please contact our Registered Dietitian at 715-346-2503 or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so you can discuss any specific needs or concerns. After meeting with our Registered Dietitian you may also meet the rest of our management staff. This is so we can become familiar with you and you with our team to best ensure a great experience. We will continually work to provide as much information as possible to enable you to make informed dining decisions.
