Catering Request


For all catering requests, please contact our catering manager, McKenzie Herian, at catering.manager@uwsp.edu

Upon receipt of your FINAL Invoice, your invoice along with a completed Food Expense Approval Form and all documentation should be sent directly to Payment Services Attention: Vicky K.

 > Please review the Food Purchasing Procedures updates before submitting your request.

Prior to requesting catered food service for your event, room reservations must be confirmed with Campus Reservations

Upon confirmation of your space request, food service requests are required a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. All requests received less than two weeks from the date of the event will be at the discretion of On Point Catrering.

Confirmation of a room reservation at any of our available locations does not guarantee food service at that event.
