COVID-19 Testing

UW-Stevens Point provides free rapid antigen testing for students, employees and community members. 

Antigen testing is available on the following days and times for those age 5 and older. The antigen test is a quick nasal swab. If warranted, a confirmatory PCR test will be conducted on site. 

Face coverings are required at the testing site.

PCR/antigen test results: Antigen test results are available approximately 30 minutes after testing. PCR test results may take 3-5 days.

Testing is offered by appointment only.

Location and times:
  • Stevens Point – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tests are in Science Building, Room C124, 2001 Fourth Ave.


  • Stevens Point: Employees,students and community members may park in meter parking in Lot T for 60 minutes during the testing. The one-hour time frame will be enforced to allow enough parking for all participants. See MAP for details.

Are you symptomatic or named as a close contact?

Students and employees, follow this COVID-19 Testing Protocol Flow Chart. 

Symptomatic? Do not come to campus for class or work. Stevens Point students, contact Student Health Service to make an appointment. Employees, contact your health care provider or seek testing at a testing site.

Reporting: If positive, please complete the COVID-19 reporting form. Employees should notify their supervisors. Students who test positive should submit their test results to
