For over a decade, Brian was senior assessor in the Executive Solutions Group, Global Assessment Operations at Development Dimensions International (DDI), Inc., a global leader in the science and practice of business leadership. He has interviewed and assessed more than 800 executives from the Fortune 500, spanning every major industry and continent. He is principal and co-founder of RYP Global, LLC, Resilience Coaching for Professionals. His deep background in psychology, mental health, health care and business has prepared him to help others boost their well-being and expand their professional impact.
