Museum Tour Form

Please complete the following form to request a tour of the museum for your group.

Tours and presentations require a minimum of 30 minutes each, so plan accordingly. The Museum is free of charge, but we do suggest a $20.00 donation per group presentation offered to support programming. Presentations are limited to 30 individuals due to room capacity. Please allow additional time in your itinerary for gift shop sales if desired.
