Analyzing the 2014 Election Results

There were a lot of surprises as the results from the 2014 election came in Tuesday evening and Monday morning. The republicans took claim of several available seats, including another round for Governor Scott Walker.

As of Tuesday, Walker has three successful gubernatorial elections under his belt. The big question now is, will he make a presidential run in two years? Many people, including U.W. Stevens Point Political Science Professor Dennis Riley, believe he will. Riley said if he does decide to run, Walker will have to start that campaign in 2015, but that is right in the middle of the state budget session.
