The American Suzuki Institute, a camp for aspiring young musicians, is underway on the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point campus.
Organizers say more than 1,000 students, family members and teachers of Suzuki music education from 32 states and half a dozen countries are participating in the 44th annual institute, which includes two week-long camps.
