Former UW-Stevens Point chancellor dies

Philip Marshall, a former chancellor for the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, has died, according to a release from the university.
 
Marshall, of Seattle, died March 18 at the age of 86. He served as chancellor from 1979 to 1989 after previously serving as president and executive vice president at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, Wash.
