Dear Parents:
Thank you for supporting your student's decision to study abroad! No other educational experience offers such lifelong returns, vocationally or academically, and the time abroad is bound to be a pivotal moment of personal development.
While we hope students thoroughly investigate their programs -- from costs to registration deadlines, from passports to visas, from course selection to itineraries -- we appreciate that parents are often deeply involved in the process. Our webpages try to provide as much information as possible, but please don't hesitate to contact us with your questions.
Here is a document with general information about insurance, enrollment, payments and travel:

In the box to the right (Popular Links) are several key items for study abroad planning and preparation.
If you are looking for the cost of a particular program, here's the link for semester programs: http://www.uwsp.edu/studyabroad/pages/costs.aspx.
For short-term programs (summer, January or spring break), the cost estimate is noted on the factsheet linked to each destination page.
Note: Program costs always include UWSP tuition.
Sincerely,
The International Programs Staff
