Nontraditional Scholarships

Listed below are scholarships available for nontraditional students that are not connected to a particular field of study. Nontraditional students are defined by UWSP as undergraduate degree-seeking students 24 years of age or older. If you have any questions about these scholarships, please contact the alumni office at alumni@uwsp.edu

Application Information

  • There is one application for all four scholarships below. Download the application here.
  • Applications are due March 31 of each year.
  • All applications should be emailed to alumni@uwsp.edu or mailed to the UWSP Alumni Office, 2100 Main St, 134 Old Main, Stevens Point, WI 54481.

Please note that the UWSP Foundation will not release any scholarship dollars until a thank-you note has been written to the appropriate individual. When selected for a scholarship, you will be given information on how to fulfill this requirement.

Vivian and Lulu Kellogg Scholarship Fund

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Nontraditional undergraduate student
  • 'B' Average or better
  • Good worker
  • Non-tobacco user
  • Majoring in the College of Natural Resources, History, Music or Teacher Education

Alpha Phi Omega Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Nontraditional undergraduate student
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Good character and citizenship
  • Volunteerism
  • Financial need
  • Academic excellence
