Catering: Services

UDS Catering offers a variety of services to be certain that your needs are met. Meal Vouchers to Wedding Banquets, and everything in between – UDS Catering is flexible and ready to assist in any way we can.

Catered Events

UDS Catering can serve any type of event, from a Continental Breakfast to a Multi-Course Meal. We're also willing to customize any of our menu items to provide you with the dining experience you wish to have at your catered event.

Menu Options

We offer a variety of options for any event you could wish to have catered.

Submit Catering Request

Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event.

Meal Vouchers

Meal Vouchers allow individuals to eat at one of our two dining facilities on campus, the DeBot Dining Center or the DUC Food Court.

Food Sales & Liability Waiver Forms

Student organizations wishing to sell food items on-campus must complete one of the following forms.

Food Sales Permit & Liability Waiver
(for use if requesting UDS to sell food on-campus)
Liability Waiver [Food]
(for use if bringing non-UDS catered food to campus)

Give HUGS

Someone's birthday coming up? Celebrating? Give them HUGS! Personalized HUGS gifts can be sent to anyone on-campus and can be picked up at the DeBot Dining Center.
