Inspiration Grants are available for recognized UW Stevens Point student organizations to promote innovative service-oriented programs and social justice concepts that are new to this campus. Grant funds are provided as a component of the campus vending contract with Canteen, Inc. Each year, Canteen, Inc. generously provides $5,000 to student organizations who seek to increase the involvement of UW Stevens Point students in service and social justice issues.
Applications must to be submitted by the second Tuesday of each month to be given consideration. Awards will be made by the third Tuesday of each month. Plan for a minimum of two weeks to receive awards once approved.

Processes for Grant Recipents
Funds will be deposited into your organizations state account (six digit account number). If your organization does not have a state account or if you are unsure, please contact Suzy Zblewski, email@example.com.
To use a university credit card to purchase supplies, please schedule a meeting with the Accountant in SGA, firstname.lastname@example.org. Please schedule a meeting at least two weeks prior to your event. By doing this you will not have to use personal funds to purchase supplies.
If personal funds are used for purchases, follow these steps to get reimburshed:
Fill out SGA Payment Order Form
Tape all original receipts to 8 1/2 X 11 printing paper
Form must be signed by organization treasurer and turned in with receipt pages and event flyer to SGA Budget Office (DUC 052D)
All reimburements or purchases must be turned in by May 31, 2016 to SGA Budget Office. For questions, please contact Michele Miller, email@example.com
Any remaining Inspiration Grant balance will be taken back on June 30, 2015. Please try to spend all you money (on approved items).
