Midwest Student Exchange Program

The Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP) was established by the Midwestern Higher Education Compact to provide qualified students with a more affordable means of attending an out-of-state institution. Students who are residents of a participating state (Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska or North Dakota) may apply to attend UW-Stevens Point at a significantly reduced tuition rate.

Who is eligible to participate?

To participate, students must be a legal resident of Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska or North Dakota. Minnesota residents are charged tuition fees based on the Minnesota/Wisconsin tuition reciprocity agreement.
