Undergraduate Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activities Fund (URSCA Fund)

Due to the proposed budget cuts to the UW System, we are suspending URSCA Funds (formerly SRF Funds) temporarily. Applications submitted correctly and by last week's deadline will remain active and eligible for funding should circumstances change. Previously awarded URSCA Funds are not impacted by this decision.

We will continue accepting URSCA Travel applications for the current fiscal year until noon, on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. URSCA Travel is to assist students with travel costs to present the results of research projects or creative activities at conferences or meetings. Please do not send requests that extend beyond June 30, 2015. You can find required URSCA Travel forms and guidelines at:
We regret that we feel compelled to take this action. We hope to continue with URSCA Funds once we have a better understanding of the legislature’s final budget.
Please contact Katie Jore (3710) with any questions you may have concerning this decision.
